Background
The St Kitts and Nevis National Cooperative League Limited (SKNNCL) is the National Apex Organization for the credit union movement in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. The SKNNCL is a private, not-for-profit organisation mandated, amongst other things, to coordinate developmental activities in the credit union sector, to advocate and represent the credit unions to Government and non-governmental organisations in order to protect, enhance, and promote the credit union movement and to provide educational resource through professional development and training tailored to enhance the service quality of our credit unions. As a support organization, our primary focus is on our league of members (affiliates) and ensuring that they can easily access the support, services, and information relevant to enhancing the growth of their credit unions. The objective of our proposed website is to appeal to member and non-member businesses and stakeholders, key decision-makers from those companies, and individuals from member businesses who may make use of the wide range of services that our affiliate members offer. We are looking for a website development partner to design a website and who can also deliver at a minimum, the following.
Requirements
The SKNNCL’s Website content will consist of but not limited to the following:
i. A site map
ii. Online articles of interest to Affiliates and broader stakeholders
iii. An “About Us” page to highlight our history, governance structure, office hours,
iv. A “Contact Us” page – Opportunity for customer feedback
v. Pages for Advocacy, Compliance, Education
vi. Links to Facebook and Instagram accounts
vii. Newsletter option – Opt in or Direct via Website (to be discussed)
viii. Links to each Affiliate webpage or Facebook page with Information from and regarding Affiliates
ix. Website must be user friendly such that staff can update information
x. Ease of adding or replacing text (events, news, statistics)
xi. Ability to build new pages if necessary
xii. Ease of uploading files
xiii. Site hosting and maintenance
xiv. The websites of the following cooperative leagues stand out as possible benchmarks examples

Invitation to Submit Proposal
• The St Kitts and Nevis National Cooperative League Limited (SKNNCL) therefore invites Proposals the Development of its Web site.
• Application is open ONLY to members of a credit union in St Kitts and Nevis.
• Application will be conducted through the submission of a proposal document.
• Proposals must be delivered to email address [email protected] or to the physical address #1 or post box #2 below, on or before February 29, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. (1430 hours) AST.
